We bring physical therapy directly to our residents. Through our partnership with For Life Therapy, residents don’t have to leave the community to receive the care they need. They can focus on strength, mobility, and recovery without the stress of travel. It’s one more way we support comfort, convenience, and overall well-being at StoneyBrook Suites.
The For Life Therapy staff has a combined 25+ years of experience in all areas of rehabilitation including Geriatrics, Athletics, and Musculoskeletal injury, and they strive to provide not only the best treatments possible but also the best customer service in the area.
They are a valued part of the total health and wellness approach to senior care at StoneyBrook Suites.
On-Site Clincal Care in Brookings
At StoneyBrook Suites, residents have the option to be seen by a member of the Avera care team without leaving the comfort of our community.
Through our partnership with Access Health & Avera Medical Group – Brookings, Maddie Ponto, CNP; Anne Kvamme, CNP; and Sarah Sapp, CNP provide on-site appointments under the medical direction of Dr. Daniel Cecil. One of these providers visits StoneyBrook Suites on the third Monday of each month to see interested residents.
By bringing care directly to our community, residents can be seen in a familiar setting without the need to travel to a clinic. This service complements a resident’s existing healthcare providers and offers added convenience, comfort, and peace of mind for residents and families
